Had a steep asphalt driveway in Cockatoo to do this week.
The customer was having problems loosing their gravel driveway during rain. They had tried changing the camber, run offs and gutters to no avail.
We put a brick edged asphalt driveway in, matched up with the main road out the front really well.
Part of laying asphalt is making sure the water does drain from the driveway correctly. A lot of Melbourne Driveways suffer from poor drainage, increasing maintenance costs and creating environmental problems with the large volumes of water run off.
